The license is provided based on the subscription or license agreement you sign during the purchase. Any violations of this agreement may result in the termination of your software access.

By using our SaaS services, clients agree to maintain the security of their login credentials and take responsibility for any actions taken under their account.
We ensure the software remains operational and accessible, but we cannot be held responsible for any service interruptions due to reasons outside of our control, such as server maintenance or third-party service outages.
Subscription fees are charged as agreed and must be paid on time to avoid any disruption in the service.
All custom software and website development services are carried out in accordance with the specifications agreed upon between the client and Reign Infotech.
Any changes to the project specifications after the agreement may result in additional costs and extended delivery timelines.
The ownership of any custom-developed software or websites will be transferred to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
We maintain the right to reuse any underlying code or technology in future projects, provided that it does not infringe on the client’s intellectual property or proprietary information.
Payment for all services, including SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, and custom development, must be made in full as per the agreed schedule.
Late payments may incur additional charges or result in service suspension until full payment is received.
Any payment disputes should be raised within 7 days of the invoice date for review by our team.
We provide support and warranty for our software and services as outlined in your agreement.
For custom software and website development, we provide post-launch support for a fixed period, after which support may be charged at an agreed-upon rate.
SaaS products are continually updated and maintained by Reign Infotech. We strive to provide continuous uptime and access to our services. However, we do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Reign Infotech is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software, services, or website.
Clients assume full responsibility for ensuring their use of our software and services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, especially in the case of sensitive data (e.g., medical or educational records).
In no event shall Reign Infotech’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or software involved.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to the client will immediately cease, and the client must return or destroy any copies of the software or proprietary materials provided by Reign Infotech.
Reign Infotech reserves the right to terminate services without notice in the case of misuse, illegal activity, or non-payment by the client.
All intellectual property, including but not limited to software code, designs, trademarks, and documentation, developed by Reign Infotech, remains the sole property of Reign Infotech unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not use Reign Infotech's intellectual property without explicit written consent, except for the intended use of the purchased software or services.
Reign Infotech reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
Continued use of our services or software after any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
